@EN Four-week toxicity of LB00014 was investigated using beagle dogs according to the established regulations of Korean National Institute of Safety Research. The dogs were administered intravenously seven days per week for 28 days. with dosage
of
0,
100, 500 and 2,500IU/kg/day, respectively, based on the expected human clinical dosage of 50IU/kg/day.
Animals administrated with LB00014 showed no significant changes of body weight, water consumption and feed consumption. They did not show clinical signs. They were not significantly and feed consumption. They did not show clinical signs. They
were
not
significantly difference from the control group in hematological and serum biochemical assay, urinalysis and coagulation time.
In this study, LB00014 was revealed not to have any toxic effect in the beagle dogs when it was administrated intravenously below the dosage of 2.500IU/kg/day for four weeks.
